Kevin is the COO for Hydromat Inc. Hydromat is a machine tool manufacturer best known for producing the preeminent CNC rotary transfer machine in the world. In their partnership with the St. Louis Community College’s Workforce Solutions Group, Hydromat/Edge Technologies share expertise in developing and implementing successful training programs that create skilled workers. Hydromat’s formal apprenticeship program is in its third decade of taking recent graduates of local technical schools or those with equivalent experience for enrollment into three or four year multi-disciplinary apprentice programs. Hydromat/Edge Technologies’s CEO sits on the board of the technical school and the corresponding challenging and rewarding careers that abound in manufacturing.
